Ports 1961 Menswear 2012 This collection is just too good. I’m seriously all over it. This middle piece on Clement is my life. It totally rationalizes what Andre Leon Talley has been wearing for years. The message: men in satin cloaks! Hark! Wear them! Outside of this more radical call to arms, the collection is simply a smart series of pieces. I love it all. And I just can’t decide what I like most, because all of it is amazing. There’s a difference between a critically good collection and a damn good collection. But this is both. The design is good, but I also simply want to wear everything. And this has been a rambling adulation of Ports 1961. LOVE IT.
